Start by making the pancake mixture, whisk together the flour, milk and beaten egg then mix in the peanut butter and set aside (if the mixture is too wet, just add a little more flour to thicken it).
Next place a frying pan on a medium heat with a little oil and fry the bacon rashers until crispy.
In a separate frying pan, with a little bit of oil, cook the pancakes.
Once the pancakes are cooked, place on a plate with the crispy streaky bacon and drizzle over a generous helping of maple syrup before serving.
