Hot & Smoky PB Satay Noodles 26 Feb Written By Victoria Seymour Ingredients:60g Mothernutter Hot & Smoky Peanut Butter2tsp Sugar2tsp Soy Sauce1tsp Oil2 Garlic Cloves (finely diced)2tsp Grated Root Ginger2 x 300g Wok Ready NoodlesMethod:Start by mixing together the peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of water.Place the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add in the garlic and ginger, fry for 2-3 minutes then add in the peanut butter mix and bring to the simmer.
