Hot & Smoky PB Satay Noodles
Ingredients:
2tsp Sugar
2tsp Soy Sauce
1tsp Oil
2 Garlic Cloves (finely diced)
2tsp Grated Root Ginger
2 x 300g Wok Ready Noodles
Method:
Start by mixing together the peanut butter, sugar, soy sauce and 2 teaspoons of water.
Place the oil in a frying pan over a medium heat and add in the garlic and ginger, fry for 2-3 minutes then add in the peanut butter mix and bring to the simmer.
Add in the noodles and stir well so they are fully coated by the sauce and cook for a further 3-4 minutes, serve straight away.
