Crunchy Peanut Butter Chocolate Brownie 24 Nov Written By Thierry Ngutegure Ingredients:375g Unsalted Butter375g Quality Dark Chocolate6 Large Eggs500g Caster Sugar225g Plain Flour1tsp SaltMothernutter Crunchy Peanut ButterMethod:Melt the butter & chocolate together.Beat the eggs & sugar together.Once the chocolate has melted, pour into egg mixture.Add the flour and mix until smooth.Pour into a deep tray.Put blobs of peanut butter on top and swirl in with a knife.Bake for 30 minutes – check that it hasn’t been in too long with a skewer in the middle (it should be slightly wet).
