Hot Cross Bun PB Chocolate Loaf 26 Feb Written By Victoria Seymour Ingredients:170g Margarine170g Caster Sugar3 Eggs110g Self Raising Flour60g Cocoa Powder1/3 tsp Baking Powder2 tbsp Mothernutter Hot Cross Bun Peanut Butter Method:Preheat your oven to 170C fan.In a bowl, mix your butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in one egg at a time and mix in until fully combined before adding the next one. Add in 1 tbsp of the peanut butter and mix in before sieving and folding in the self raising flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until evenly mixed.Pour the mixture into a lined 2lb loaf tin and then swirl in the rest of the peanut butter into the top of the mixture.
