Hot Cross Bun PB Chocolate Loaf
Ingredients:
170g Margarine
170g Caster Sugar
3 Eggs
110g Self Raising Flour
60g Cocoa Powder
1/3 tsp Baking Powder
Method:
Preheat your oven to 170C fan.
In a bowl, mix your butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add in one egg at a time and mix in until fully combined before adding the next one. Add in 1 tbsp of the peanut butter and mix in before sieving and folding in the self raising flour, cocoa powder and baking powder until evenly mixed.
Pour the mixture into a lined 2lb loaf tin and then swirl in the rest of the peanut butter into the top of the mixture. Bake for 50 minutes-1 hour or until you can put a skewer through the cake and it comes out clean.
