Here’s a fun (and healthy!) recipe for your pick and mix protein balls, that you can customize with different ingredients and flavours.
Ingredients:
270g jumbo oats
125g peanut butter
50g ground flax seeds
25g chia seeds
250g date puree
70g coconut oil
Method:
125g of dates and enough hot water to cover makes 250g date puree. Blitz in food processor to make paste.
Add coconut oil and peanut butter to warm date paste (it helps melt oil and peanut butter).
Add dry ingredients to a bowl and pour the wet mixture over, mix well and roll into balls.
