We’re here to bring the humble cookie into the future with our Mothernutter Peanut Butter chocolate chip cookie. Don’t hold back on the good stuff!
Ingredients:
100g unsalted butter, softened at room temperature
100g light brown sugar
100g caster sugar
1 egg, beaten
150g self-raising flour
2 tbsp cocoa powder
¼ tsp salt
200g milk or dark chocolate, broken up
75g peanut butter (crunchy or smooth - we don’t judge)
Method:
Prep the oven to 180 degrees celsius - get a mixing bowl and scales!
Throw in the butter, sugars and egg and beat into a paste.
Separately, make up your cocoa powder, salt, flower and chocolate chunk mix.
Throw the two mixes together, and then add your crunchy or smooth Mothernutter and stir it up into one whole mix.
Take a teaspoon to spoon our blobs of the mix onto greaseproof paper - remember they’ll expand so spread out your blobs.
Bang em in the oven for 8-10 minutes until squidgy in the middle, then remove and let them sit to harden up on cooling.
Serve ‘em as you like em - with milk or more peanut butter…
Get stuck in!
