Chocolate Orange Peanut Butter Tart
Ingredients:
8-10 Pastry Tartlets
300ml Double Cream
200g Dark Chocolate
1tbsp Caster Sugar
Method:
Place the tartlets onto a tray and set aside.
Pour the cream into a saucepan and bring to the simmer, once simmering remove from the heat and stir in the chocolate until fully combined.
Stir the sugar into the chocolate mix and pour into the tartlets (don’t fill them completely as you need to leave space for the peanut butter).
Finally, stir half a tablespoon of peanut butter into the chocolate mixture in each tart case and place in the fridge for at least 3 hours to set.
